A member of the Penal Hero Unit 9004, he understands all dragons and is beloved by them, especially the females. Neely, however, is the one he loves the most. He doesn't care about human laws and is interested in nothing else but dragons. Jayce gets along with Xylo and enjoys competing with him, and he also works well with Norgalle when discussing battle strategies. He was sentenced to be a hero after leading dragons in a rebellion against the Second Capital.
